Audio Intakes is looking for a flexible and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our innovative HR tech startup. You’ll be instrumental in building client relationships and expanding our market presence. We are an Amsterdam based company disrupting the HR industry through interactive voice-powered technology. We always want to be ahead of the market, constantly exploring and developing new technologies to make our solution stand out in every possible way.

As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for our potential clients, setting the tone for how our company approaches sales. Your strong interpersonal skills will assist in building long-term relationships with customers. You will be researching and identifying leads, making initial contact, and setting appointments for product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets.
• Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
• Utilize our CRM system to efficiently track and report on lead generation activities.
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to assess and strategize on how to convert leads into customers.‍

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in sales development or related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to understand customer needs and meet that need with a successful product sale.
• Proactive, independent, with an entrepreneurial spirit.
